Commission

A confirmed commission is required to participate in any of our press trips.  The PR Manager will liase with the publication to ensure that target audiences, topics and expectations match those of our partners.

Itinerary

Unless anything else is stated, press trips start and stop at one of the airports in the UK offering direct flights to Norway and participants are expected to make their own way to the UK departure point and back again on return to the UK.  Accommodation, meals and activities during the press trip are covered as detailed in the itinerary for each trip.

Travel insurance

All participants are responsible for their own travel insurance, including appropriate winter sports cover if necessary.
