Description

- See this small, but great country!

The trip takes you through some of the most breathtaking landscape in Fjord Norway. You experience the beautiful Bergen Railway, the impressive Flåm Railway, the Aurlandsfjord and the narrow Nærøyfjord, included in UNESCOs World Heritage List. If you are lucky, you can see seals lying on the smooth rocks, before the boat moors at Gudvangen.

Thereafter the trip takes you up the steep and spectacular hairpin bends in Stalheimskleiva. The journey can also be made in the opposite direction.

The tour runs daily all year, and you can start the trip at Oslo, Voss or Bergen.

If you wish a complete experience of Western Norway in a few days, you should combine the trip Norway in a nutshell® with the round trip Hardanger in a nutshell. You will then experience the greatest attractions in Fjord Norway in one trip.

We recommend overnight stay during the trip. Try Fjord Pass ®, Norway's largest hotel pass! If you choose to stay overnight, you can couple this with activities such as hiking, kayaking and RIB boat safaris.

VIP version for groups:

To make your trip a VIP one it is also possible to plan a lunch at the Styvi Gård, located in the middle of Nærøyfjord.

On your way to or from Gudvangen, deep inside the Nærøyfjord, you can visit the mountain with "the magical white caves". A tour inside these caves provides you with a special excursion filled with lights and the sound of Edvard Grieg’s music. The innermost caves offer places where you can buy coffee and cake and lunch or dinner for a group of people.

To make the most of this trip is it recommended that a tour guide who knows the areas and the trips is hired.
