Where to stay in Hemsedal

Stay in your own cabin, at a cosy mountain farm or at one of Hemsedal's seven campsites.

Everyone who stays in Hemsedal for a minimum of two nights in an apartment, a cabin or at a hotel, gets the Hemsedal Card. The card gives access to many free or discounted activities in Hemsedal – for example 15 per cent off the popular cruise on the Sognefjord.

During winter you can enjoy ski in/ski out, for example at Skarsnuten Apartments or Veslestølen Cabins, or choose among cosy apartments and cabins, for example Storehorn Apartments or Hemsedal Hytte og Feriepark a little bit outside the ski resort. There is a free-of-charge ski bus service that connects the accommodation areas and the slopes.

Cabins and apartments

Hemsedal has a wide selection of large, well-equipped cabins and apartments with several bedrooms, bathrooms and a large living room. If many people travel together the price per person is very low.

In addition to the cabin parks, there are many private cabins available for hire through Hemsedal Booking. Renting a cabin or apartment in summer is so inexpensive that, even for two people, renting a cabin designed for many more people is very reasonable. The minimum stay in cabins and apartments is two nights. Bedding and cleaning are not included in the price.
