Suitable for children: from 3-4 yrs.

Follow road 51 to Skammestein and exit towards Vinstervegen (toll road, NOK 40 in 2010). Park your car near the containers, 300−400 meters after passing the toll station.
Follow the mountain road on your left for about 600 meters until the path to Javneberget starts on your right, by a small cairn. Unmarked, but clear path to the top, where you can enjoy a nice view towards Beitostølen and the northern region of Valdres.
