Description

We’ll set out from Svolvær heading for old, well known fishing spots like Hølla in the Vestfjord. M/S Ylajali offers excellent space on deck with only 12 guest max. and high level of safety due to our waist-high railing .The crew will help locating fish with their local knowledge and  the ships “fish-finder” . Maybe we’ll catch cod or mackerel? After a while we’ll point our bow towards the whaling village of Skrova and prepare the fish we got for lunch –the way the local fishermen have done for centuries! In the afternoon we’ll head back to Svolvær. Maybe we’ll hoist the sails and enjoy the silen ce it brings. Possibility to see white-tailed eagles.

Departures: Thursdays 0930 – 1430

Price: 1.495.-per person

Includes  fishing, lunch , coffee or tea.

Max 12 persons. Trips subject to weather.  Fishing gear and warm suits available onboard or bring your own.
