Near the Spa-hotell Velvære at Hjelmeland is a fascinating Sculpture Trail that features the works of five Norwegian and foreign artists. In various ways each of the large sculptures, which are made of slate quarried from the island of Randøy in Hjelmeland, illustrate the theme “The Good Life”.
