Our kitchen is widely known for its traditional food. To eat at Skarstua is supposed to be an experience. We conjure up everything from simple home fare to abounding tables. If you wish to be served in a more rough environment, a barbeque by the bonfire in our "lavvo" or "gamme" is recommended.
