Description
The city ferries are an important part of Fredrikstad’s transport system. There are 3 of them, two of which operate every day.
The city ferry (Byfergen) operates between Gamlebyen (the Old Town), Isegran, the town centre and Gressvik. During the summer months, there is a guide on the ferry letting you know all about the town.
Gamlebyfergen operates between the west side and Gamlebyen, and is a two minute trip.
