Description

The perfect combination for everyone short of time but with plenty of energy! We start with a standard day-trip rafting down Sjoa (see above), and after lunch and a break we are ready for the river once more - but this time we will be river-boarding. After some practice in a calm area, we are transported upstream in order to swim back down. Games, surfing and swimming through the rapids all form part of this exciting activity which ends by our base. After a shower and sauna, the day ends with a hot drink and homemade cake.
