Welcome to visit Tromsø's best and oldest breeding of Lyngen horse.
Now you have the chance to drive your own dog-sledding team, while experiencing the wilderness in the Lyngen Alps. The guide will give you a few tips on how to drive your team of dogs, before heading of from the “basecamp” in Svensby.
Explore the Lyngen Alps on horseback. We offer you the possibility to ride the local Lyngs horse, a sturdy horse or another suitable breed, and take you comfortably and safely along one of the many trails found in the area.
A week to enjoy the best of Lyngen – on a horseback, by foot, driving around to see the midnight sun and try your fish luck. You will stay in a cabin, made of timber that looks like an old Viking house. Most of the food we serve is made from local farmers or caught in the Lyngenfjord.
