“Snug in the Night lies the Town”, is from a poem about Svalbard. Now we take you out of town and into the Polar Night where all contours are erased and everything becomes shades of blue. The Blue Light here can vary in all different shades of blue and change considerably from a narrow valley to the open landscape. If you are lucky you will see the Northern Light flood over a starry sky.

We head into Advent Valley before turning north over Kreklingpasset and into De Geerdalen. From Elveneset you will enjoy impressive views out towards the mighty Tempelfjellet. The guide will serve warm drinks before you turn back towards Longyearbyen. You will cover about 50km on this trip.
