Voss lies approximately 100 kilometres east of Bergen, between the Hardangerfjord and Sognefjord.
It is relatively easy to get to Voss by car, train and bus. The road E16 (the main route between Bergen and Oslo) and the inland road rv. 13 go through Voss.
