Description

The mountain ridge around Larsbreen (Lars’ Glacier) is shaped like a horseshoe. At the highest point of the ridge there is a huge rock tower. 850 mas. this place truly earns its name - Trollsteinen (the Troll Rock). We begin the trip by climbing "Sukkertoppen" before crossing over to Trollsteinen. After have walked for a while we make a break to eat our expedition lunch and to enjoy the silence aournd us.

We recommend you to bring a small back pack with an extra sweather and something cold to drink while walking.

If there are snow in the area, we use snow shoes. In the wintertime it is also possible to do the trip by ski. This have to be booked directly to us.
