Description

Restaurant Anno 1648 is in the original hotel from 1648 and has many cosy corners. The popular rooms Bord 33, Bord 34, Red Plush and Red Corner are found here. Many of the ingredients used in the restaurant are from the nearby fjord and local farms. The chef finds great flavours in the herb garden, the butcher treats the meat in the very best way, while the baker supplies fresh baked goods for all meals.

Sundvolden Hotel - Restaurant Anno 1648 is approved and tested by Norwegian Foodprints. The food is made from scratch, with the use of Norwegian, localproducts and displays local knowledge of food and dishes.
