Description

This trip is easy and relaxing, but you must allow for traffic on the main road. A certain amount of climbing furthest in the valley towards the end of the gravel road. If you want to see what a Norwegian farm is like you can ask to be shown around the last farm in the valley. A stop at the Jostedalsbreen National Park Centre is recommended.

Tour description:
Start the trip in Stryn town centre. Follow the main road RV 15 up to the end of the Lake Strynevatn (about 20 km) where you turn off for Erdalen (valley). Follow this gravel road into the valley to its end. You can leave your bicycle here and continue on foot up to Erdalsbre glacier if you wish.

Allow 4-6 hours for this trip.
