We hold courses for groups. The Fossheim kitchen has a long history of cooking classes. We are proud of our chefs who conveys knowledge in an easy to understand way. Fossheim also have an exciting range of Vines. Hotel Host Svein Garmo is Fossheim´s wine lover and self-taught vinespesialist. He takes great care of his wine cellar. Svein often holds wine tasting / wine courses. Fossheim will gladly tailor special-made courses and activities for small and large groups. Welcome to exiting culinary days at Fossheim!
