The hike goes across some rough terrain and demands footwear with good ankle-support and a hard sole (mountain- or hikingshoes). Dress according to the weather and be aware that weather conditions can change rapidly and unexpectedly.

Mt. Ulriken is easily accessible by bus and cable car, only 15 minutes from the center of Bergen. Spend an evening and at a real norwegian mountain cabin in the beautiful high mountain surrounding Bergen.
