MÅLTID offers a culinary experience based on local ingredients, so called "short-travelled food". These ingredients are not industrially fabricated, they are first class products from small independent local producers solidly rooted in their local community.
In addition we engage anglers, hunters and off course berry and mushroom harvesters who bring their catch of the day straight into our kitchen. The access to local ingredients varies with time of year and seasons. Because of this, our menu is often updated, in pace with the shift of season.
