Description

It’s nigh time at Faersnes Guest Farm. Its time to get together. The table is set and decorated with local wild produce like game, fish, berries and mushrooms most gathered from the forest.Prepared with tenderness and love. The taste of warm smoked trout from the lake and home cured meats, smoked in our smoke sauna and served with home made local chrispbread and sour cream! Try delicacies from the forest such as elk and venison and feel the taste of the glowing heather in the late autumn sunset…

Færsnes Gjestegård is approved and tested by Norwegian Foodprints. The food is made from scratch, with the use of Norwegian, localproducts and displays local knowledge of food and dishes.
