Description

Skateboarding is very popular among many young boys especially. In the Arendal region, there are several locations where skating ramps have been built, for instance on some of the local schools at Myra, Moltemyr, Roligheden and Hisøy.
Myra is the school with the best selection of skating equipment today:
- Ramp
- Curb
- Fun Box with ledge

- Quarter pipe
The park is well used. When the new sports grounds at Myra are finished, there will also be a new skating park there built out of concrete. If you're interested in skateboarding, there is a skating club in Arendal which you can find on Facebook.
