Furuhaugli Turisthytter lie sheltered on Dovre Mountain, 1007m above sea level. Situated away from highway E6, the area’s tranquility makes it a perfect place to relax both body and mind. There are 29 cabins of various sizes, space for 40 caravans, washing facilities, a café, a cosy living room with open fireplace, a bar, reception and TV lounge. The café and some of the cabins have wheelchair access.

In the surrounding area you can experience fantastic outdoor adventures and activities. Through close association with local guides we can offer you a musk ox safari and other exciting excursions. Or you may want to explore the well-marked trails into the mountains, or take a fishing or hunting trip. The area is home to many excellent fishing lakes, as well as good area for hunting both small and large prey. In the winter, just slip your skis on outside your cabin and you’re away!

We’ve been delivering top-notch hospitality since the 1930’s and are able to offer comprehensive packages to suit your needs. We’re open year-round and can happily cater for all occasions.
