Description

At Sæterstad Gård the dishes are based on their own ingredients. As part of the whole experience at the farm the guests can almost be a part of the cooking by seeing directly into the kitchen. There are also guided tours around the goat barn and the fish barn. Some of their specialities are goats meet roasted in a wood-fired oven and baked artic char filé

Sæterstad Gård is approved and tested by Norwegian Foodprints. The food is made from scratch, with the use of Norwegian, localproducts and displays local knowledge of food and dishes.
