Description

Børsen spiseri is located in Svolvær in Lofoten and is decorated in an old warehouse from 1828. There is great emphasis on preserving the original feel, where everything from ancient times has been retained. They also have a family reception in Laukvik north of Lofoten.

Børsen Spiseri is approved and tested by Norwegian Foodprints. The food is made from scratch, with the use of Norwegian, localproducts and displays local knowledge of food and dishes.
