Description

Hardangerviddahallen restaurant and café combines old food traditions with the eternally fresh ingredients from Hardangervidda and knowledge of the modern kitchen. The restaurant serves traditional dishes like reindeer steak, trout, sour cream porridge and berries.

Hardangerviddahallen is approved and tested by Norwegian Foodprints. The food is made from scratch, with the use of Norwegian, localproducts and displays local knowledge of food and dishes.
