Description

Gloppen Hotel has been in operation since 1829. The first years, it was just a simple coaching here, but in 1866 it became the first part of the main building built and continued in 1921 in an elegant Swiss-style. Gloppen hotel has two restaurants in the summer, an à la carte restaurant and a restaurant serving small meals. It serves angus-beef, grilled berbrie, red wine and other dishes with a Norwegian identity.

Gloppen Hotel is approved and tested by Norwegian Foodprints. The food is made from scratch, with the use of Norwegian, localproducts and displays local knowledge of food and dishes.
