Description

Eat at Fossheim Hotel & Restaurant, and get a real taste of Norwegian mountains and nature" is the town motto. The location is perfect for the use of local raw materials. Lamb of wild sheep are those from the neighboring farm. Nettle and red currants are picked in the backyard and mountain oregano is a stone's throw from the kitchen door. In the village there are two dairies and a number of farms that produce cheese, sour cream, youghurt and butter.

Opening hours: Open during the winter every day from 6.00PM. August-november open in the weekends

Fossheim hotell og restaurant is approved and tested by Norwegian Foodprints. The food is made from scratch, with the use of Norwegian, localproducts and displays local knowledge of food and dishes.
