Description

Scandic Vulkan is a modern, urban hotel by the Akerselva river, a stone's throw from the cafés, pubs, parks and cultural institutions at Grünerløkka.

The hotel has 149 well-equipped rooms, many of them with great views. With solar cells, geothermal energy and other environmentally friendly solutions, Scandic Vulkan was the first hotel Norway with an official "class A" energy rating.

On the ground floor is Scandic Vulkan's V Bar & Bistro, a meeting place with a relaxed atmosphere, colorful details open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
