Alden is known as “The Norwegian Horse” due to the mountains particular shape, and is a famous landmark at the West coast of Norway. Rising 481 metres straight up from the sea, it is visible over 100 kilometres away. From the top you can enjoy an unbeatable view.

Experience the island Alden and mountain "The Norwegian Horse". Rising 481 metres straight up from the sea “The Norwegian Horse” is one of the most significant mountains on the west coast of Norway. Right by Alden you will find Bulandet and Værlandet, one of the westernmost island communities in Norway. These islands are perfect for activities such as fishing, walking, biking and kayaking.
 

Prices from NOK 1200 per person.

 

This includes:

-       2 nights in double room

-       return boat ticket Værlandet – Alden

-       entrance Norwegian Seabird centre
