Nidelven Kjøkken bases its menu on locally produced raw ingredients. It is important to the hotel where the raw ingredients come from and which suppliers are used. Restaurant Nidelven tempts with a magnificent breakfast buffet and its own breakfast chef who makes omelettes to order!

The hotel also offers an exciting à la carte menu, inspired by modern Mediterranean cuisine, made from raw ingredients supplied by local producers. At Broen Lunch and Pianobar you can enjoy large Danish open sandwiches, snacks and home-baked cakes.
