Off-piste from Gaustatoppen
Do you feel like trying off-piste from Gaustatoppen? – Then you have two choices: hike to the top and set off where ever you want, or take the easy way: with Gaustabanen, the lift inside the mountain.

However, everybody who takes Gaustabanen to the top is obligated to ski down with guides (except from one track). This means that if you bring your skiis with the lift and want to try the zones north or northeast, you must first send a request directly to info@gofreeride.no.

This is intended as a preventive measure in addition to creating added value and security for opp-piste skiers. GO want to give you the tools you need to make the appropriate judgment while you set off.
