The Grambolia culture trail in the beautiful Kolosjøen Nature Reserves offers you an opportunity to follow in the footsteps of Trysil residents of times gone by. This route is suitable both for those interested in culture and families with children.
Length: 5,2 km return trip
Total ascent: Flat track
Highest point 497 masl
Beautiful heritage trail in Kolosjøen Natural Park, with old bloomery furnaces, lumberjack huts and the oldest logging dam in Trysil’s secondary watercourses.

The route crosses marshes in a serene landscape and runs along the beautiful Kolosjøen Lake, where you can access one of the islands by means of a raft.

When you reach the raft you turn and take the same way back. Waterproof boots or hiking boots are recommended as part of the path runs across wet marshes.
