Description

Sildajazz in Haugesund has become one of the two biggest jazz festivals in the country. The Tradjazz profile is clear, but most other styles are also presented in a festival that most people enjoy. The festival has between 40,000 and 50,000 visitors. Around 300 famous Norwegian and foreign participants and some 65 bands make the arrangement a colourful medley of indoor and outdoor arrangements, concerts and a street parade. Within a radius of 500m you can enjoy the music from 20 different bands each evening. Sildajazz - a festival with concerts, jazz music, a street parade, children's parade, sildajazz market etc.
