Description

Well equipped family cabins in the Sysendalen valley by the V¢ringsfoss waterfall. The cabins are built around a central "farmyard" area with parking facilities beside the cabins. There are two sizes: 50 m² and 60 m². They sleep 5 - 7 persons.

The cabins have 3 bedrooms - bathroom/shower/WC - equipped kitchen - living room with open fire/stove and television - clothes-washing facilities.

Garen Gaard lies 750 metres above sea level and is a good base for trips into the mountains. Located only 20 kilometres from Hardangerfjord, this is an ideal centre for experiencing both the mountains and the fjord.

In the summer and autumn we offer hunting and fishing and we are a good starting point for walks along marked trails.

In the winter we have prepared and "broken-in" trails for cross-country skiing - approximately 3 kilometres to the nearest Alpine centre.
