Description

Naustburet is an old storehouse dating from about 1860. The building was previously used for grain drying, but after many hours of work, we can now enjoy the old setting with new content. The building’s top floor features a café offering home baking and great views.

We offer home-baked breads and cakes, homemade juice, smoothies, hearty and exciting brunch and healthy lunch at a café with a warm and good atmosphere. You can relax in a comfortable chair with your legs up and a book in hand. That is the wish for Naustburet Café. Come as you are, relax and enjoy the views of the Borgenfjord from the 2nd floor of this historic building, on your own or with family and friends.

Groups are welcome order their meal in advance, and small functions may be arranged outside the normal opening hours.

The first floor contains a workshop/course venue where sewing courses are offered. The textile shop on the ground floor stocks a variety of textiles, ribbons, buttons and gifts etc.
