Description

With its beautiful fjords, flat villages, mountains and deep forests, we can mention Trøndelag as "Norway in miniature". The chefs at Lian Restaurant has access to Trøndelags tasty diversity of the sea, agriculture, forests and mountains, as well as quality products from the rest of Central Norway. This is what we call local food. We served best wines, home brewed beer and other beverages from local vendors. We are located on the philosophy of true local, in this case - locally produced drinks.

Lian Restaurant is approved and tested by Norwegian Foodprints. The food is made from scratch, with the use of Norwegian, localproducts and displays local knowledge of food and dishes.
