Experience a fantastic panoramic view from the summit of Gaustatoppen which, at 1,883 metres, is Telemark’s highest and one of Norway’s most beautiful mountains. From here, you can see one sixth of Norway on a clear day. The summit can be reached on the path from Stavsro, which starts on the mountain road between Rjukan and Tuddal.

Total length: 4,4 km one way (ca 3 hours up, 2 hours down)
Terrain: Moderate
Accessible: May - October

Hiking on your own to Gaustatoppen. 
Kr 1 780,- per pers in double room incl. half board (price requires min. 2 nights stay in the period 1.5 – 20.8)
