Sauda in Ryfylke is surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery and is an eldorado for all interested in outdoor adventures. Great trails, fishing and hunting grounds.

Most of the trails are marked and signposted. Closeby Sauda, there are ample of well-established paths for short walks, but there is also an extensive network of highmountain trails with possibilities to stay in mountain lodges.
