Description

Stand Up Paddleboard provides good balance training while getting exercise for the whole body. You’ll get a nice overview and freedom of movement and almost a feeling of walking on water. The boards are inflatable with good fluidity and stability. It requires no previous knowledge and the technique is easy to master.

Tour

Try a 3-hour guided Stand Up Paddleboard tour on the fjord. Starting with some instructions on how to paddle and handle the equipment before we head into the fjord along the majestic Syltefjellet that rises steep above us. There are several nice parts along the route where we try bouldering in the mountain with the fjord as the safety net. We have fun with jumping, swimming and maybe a small paddling competition during the trip.

Rental

Want to paddle on your own on a Stand Up Paddleboard? We have SUP rental. Wetsuits, lifejackets and paddles are included in the price.
