Høldippeldammen - is as an idyllic swimming spot not so long trip from Nittedal station,green areas, diving boards, piers and shallow swimming areas for children. In the summer months there are toilets at the swimming area.

Verksdammen close by Hakadal, which many used to take a dip in the summer. The place is not very well suited for smal children.

Morttjern is right by Wurth headoffice, and right before going Holum   - School can be found on the right a great swimming area a few meters from the road. Fine sandy beach created and the bathing area is ideal for families.

Svarttjern located on the border between Skillebekk and Holum forest, with access from Tjernslia.

Rulsedammen is part of Nitelva and easily accessible to residents on both Åneby and Toyen. The bathing area is ideal for families with small children, and have nice sandy beach, but there are also opportunities for older children and adults.it

Romstjern is beautifully located close to Skytta. 

Kjulstjern in Lillomarka, not far from Sørskogen, a wonderful and idyllic swimming spot "deep in the woods" - also great hiking.
