In the heart of Lyngen and surrounded by the Lyngen Alps, lies the farm Kjelkebakken. From the rental house, for 8  persons, you can walk straight out the door and up in the mountains. The farm lies 2 km from the centre of Lyngseidet where you will find the supermarkets and other shops.

Description

In the heart of Lyngen and surrounded by the Lyngen Alps, not far from Lyngseidet lies the farm Kjelkebakken. An older but well kept house with room for up to 8 persons. Kjelkebakken is a operational farm and works with organic sheep farming.

The house has 3 floors. The basement can be used to store equipment. The house is fully furnished and has a TV and internet access. On the first floor you’ll find 4 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds. Two of the rooms have doublebeds and the other two, twinbeds. On the mainfloor you have the kitchen, livingroom, new bathroom and the hallway. 

From the rental house you can walk straight out the door and up in the mountains. For skiing enthusiasts you can ski from the house and to the closeby mountains of Kavringtinden, Istinden and Kjostinden. 

The farm lies 2 km from the centre of Lyngseidet where you will find the supermarkets, other shops, touristinformation and the ferry across the Lyngenfjord to Olderdalen.

OBS! Endcleaning fee of 800 NOK to be paid additionally, directly to the owners
Minimum stay: 2 nights
