LES MISÈRABLES is back in Sandnes Kulturhus.

NEW IDEAS IN JUNE! TICKETS ON SALE NOW!

For the first time in Rogaland: full and professional production of the most watched musical in the world.

The musical will be performed in 2014. This year marks the 200th anniversary of the signing of the Norwegian Costitution, which is founded on the values of the French Revolution.

A musical by Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg, based on the novel by Victor Hugo. Music by CLAUDE - MICHEL SCHÖNBERG. Lyrics by Herbert Kretzmer. French original text by Alain Boublil and Jean-Marc Natel. Additional material by JAMES FENTON. Original orchestrations by JOHN CAMERON. Original adaption and direction by TREVOR NUNN and JOHN Caird . Production licensed by Josef Weinberger Ltd on behalf of Music Theatre International and Cameron Mackintosh LTD.

Director Lisa Kent. She has directed musicals in England and Scandinavia for many years, and she has directed Les Miserables in Copenhagen and Bergen too. Lisa Kent has also directed the musical Oliver in Sandnes Culture in 2009.

Musical director Svein Ragnar Myklebust.
Norwegian translation: Bjorn Endresson.

The production is a collaboration between Sandnes Culture , Festiviteten Concert , Rogaland Theatre and the Source Theatre and Concert Hall.
