Description

Mariken Lauvstad (vocals, various instruments) has received much praise for her beautiful concerts in the Emanuel Vigeland Mausoleum.

The music is composed based on the mausoleum's unique acoustics and 18-second reverberation. Lauvstad uses elements from Eastern European lamenting, belting and folk music in her atmospheric and melodious music.
