Description

From the impressive Longyear glacier right outside town, we descend into the heart of the glacier and enter a fascinating cave. Equipped with a headlamp we walk in along the passages formed by the melted water under the glacier. Fascinating formations of ice and stones is a breathtaking experience.

The ice and rock formations are astonishing, an the caves freeze into different forms each year. You may have to crawl at certain places. We provide all the equipment you need and our experienced guides will take care of your safety. You bring an adventurous mind and good footwear for trekking.

The trip is unsuitable for those suffering from claustrophobia or restricted movement.
