Description

As part of the celebrations of International Dance Day, numerous events take place in Oslo's city centre, including Stortorvet, Olaf Ryes plass and Youngstorget. Most of the events are free of charge.

The celebrations officially oopens on April 29 at noon, with a performance on the roof of the opera house.

International Dance Day is celebrated every year on 29 April and the days before and after. In Norway, we have celebrated International Dance Day since 1999, and every year the number of registrations to Dance Day have increased.
