Onboard our 80 ft motorsailor Ylajali, we offer sailing trips to various destinations in Lofoten. Day trips or longer charters, we can tailor make a program to suit you and your clients requirements.

Our season primarily runs from April through October, and we specialize in unique nature experiences for groups up to 12 persons, with M/S Ylajali as base camp. Come aboard and enjoy Lofoten in style!

Ylajali was built in Brighton in 1987, with strong steel hull and beautiful mahogny interior. This classic yacht has a professional crew, full galley and sleeps up to 12 persons. 5 double cabins with toilet and shower en suite and is well suited small groups. Ylajali can offer full board with the ships cook onboard dishing up local delicatessies or groups can take care of meals themselves. The crew speak fluent Norwegian , English, Dutch and German as well as basic French , Spanish and Italian and will provide excellent service in an unique atmosphere. Safety is our highest priority and the ship is always up to the highest standard.

Svolvær, the capital of Lofoten, is our home port. We offer day sails to Henningsvær and Skrova, visits to the Trolllfjord or go “Lofot-fishing”. We also arrange 3- day sail -and hike or a photo workshop with M/S Ylajali as base. Sea -and ski in winter or schedule a business conference or VIP meeting onboard - the possibilities are endless! If you have special requests we are happy to accommodate. Trips subject to weather. Safety equipment and fishing gear onboard.

Our guests can enjoy the silence and scenery as we set sails, turn the engine off and sail away.
