Description

Laila Baadstø is fascinated by the movement of water and has been inspired by walks along the Akerselva, Helgelandskysten and Jomfruland, which is expressed through her ceramic, stone-like shapes. Ceramics provide almost limitless possibilities, and Baadstø forms tracks in the wet, modeled clay. With rhythms, movements and repetitions she seeks to give life to the ceramic forms.
