Description

Judging by our visitors book the full day tour is highly recommended.
Spending a whole day on the glacier means we travel through varied terrain (around 2 km up the glacier) experiencing magnificent views of ice pinnacles, blue crevasses and icecaves.

The walk is not extreme although a little fitness is helpful. We travel slowly taking in all the magic scenery and stopping for photographs - bring a spare film for this trip. No experience needed. We offer glaciertours on the most famous glaciers in Jotunheimen, Smørstabbren and Svellnosbreen. Crampons with 12 spikes, iceaxe and harness available.
