Description

If visiting a wonderful landscape on foot as well as getting information on the Sjodal Valley area in Vågå appeals to you, the Hulderstigen track is a good choice. Hulderstigen is a 3½-mile nature and culture trail. The trail winds its way through an easily-walked landscape, with boards alongside the track offering information about the area. Part of the trail goes through the Stuttgonglia Nature Reserve. The trail starts at Russlia in the Sjodalen Valley, by the rv 51 road. The trail is easy walking for children, and it is both entertaining and educational for the curious. There are also opportunities for fishing by the path.
