The Queen Sonja Nordic Art Award

The Queen Sonja Nordic Art Award will be awarded for the second time, and Galleri Norske Grafikere will display all the nominees for this year's award. The artists are nominated by the National Museums of the five Nordic countries and the Nordic graphics organizations.

The following are nominated: Daniel Milan, Adam Saks and Svend-Allan Sørensen from Denmark; Annu Vertanen, Tuula Lehtinen, Vappu Johansson and Elina Sipilä from Finland; Mikael Kihlman and Minako Masui from Sweden; Valgerdur Hauksdóttir and Hugleikur Dagsson from Iceland; Cathrine Dahl & Ørjan Aas and Ane Mette Hol from Norway. In addition, works by Tiina Kivinen, who received the award in 2012, will be displayed at the exhibition.

The exhibition is composed by Sune Nordgren, project manager for Queen Sonja Nordic Art Award and Bjørg Emilie Moen from Norske Grafikere.

Exhibition Opening Friday 30 May at 6 pm.
