Description

Scandic Byparken is centrally located in the heart of Bergen, in historic Tornøgården. Tornøgården is an old brick building which for decades housed offices along with a shop selling toys and stationery. The old toy shop has now become the attractive foyer. The hotel is only a stone's throw from Torgallmenningen and Grieghallen, and just a few minutes' walk from the Fish Market and Bryggen. Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.

Our rooms include single and double standard and superior rooms, as well as family rooms and junior-suites. All rooms have a minibar, TV with pay-TV and hair dryer. Wireless internet access (IpZone) is available throughout the hotel.

Superior rooms are larger than Standard rooms, and the double Superior has a sitting group for two. The Family room is a large double room with 4 beds or a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 children. Junior suites are large rooms with a lounge.

The hotel offers rooms tastefully decorated in light colours, with a delightful bathroom with shower and WC.

Breakfast is served in a comfortable and informal environment in the hotel restaurant. This is also the venue for lunch and dinner in conjunction with meetings.

The pleasant lobby is a great place to relax with the day's newspaper and a freshly brewed coffee. Next to reception is a fully licensed lobby bar, where the bartender or receptionist will be happy to serve you a little aperitif.

Scandic Byparken offer different meeting and conference rooms with good lighting and ventilation conditions for up to 60 people. There is free wireless internet access throughout the hotel.
